  • Randy Field, director

    Randy has been directing commercial and corporate films for over 25 years. Clients have included Apple, IBM, Intel, Philips, GE, HP, Mercedes Benz, Disney, ILM, McDonalds, Dell, GM and Chrysler. He has added independent docs that focus on social issues. "Crime of the Big Leagues" was my film that tells the story of the unknown hero that helped desegregate baseball. Acknowledged in 11 film festivals it now lives in the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and the Negro Leagues Museum. Other docs include, "The High and the Mindless", the story of men in their 60s still arguing about who came up the the name 420 that became International Cannabis Day. " Jack and the Unabomber" tells the story of a travel writers' strange relationship with the Unabomber. "Hooked for Life" reveals the passion for salmon fishing.

  • Mindy Zuckerman, executive producer

    Mindy brings over 40 years of production experience in corporate media and content production. Until 1990, she worked in New York with a variety of production companies for clients such as IBM, McDonald's, Toyota, Chrysler, and American Airlines. Since relocating to the Bay Area she has produced projects for Intel, Juniper, Oracle, Apple, Cisco, Charles Schwab, and Autodesk.

    She is responsible for supervising all creative areas of production in video, audio, and staging, as well as directing executive speakers.

  • Charlie Pearson, writer/co-producer

    Charlie Pearson, writer, began his career in corporate media, working primarily for tech companies before moving into non-fiction film and television. His work has been seen on PBS as well as ABC, HBO, Showtime, A&E, Discovery, National Geographic and throughout Europe. PBS credits include “Keeping Score,” featuring Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony, “The Promise of Play,” “The Digital Divide,” and "Who Killed the Electric Car." He was writer/associate producer of the Academy Award nominated short film “Good Night Miss Ann" and writer/associate producer of the recently completed documentary short, "Voices." He is also the principal author of “The Last Expedition: Stanley’s Mad Journey through the Congo” (W.W. Norton, 2005). He has an M.A. in Media Studies from San Francisco State University, where he has taught script writing.

  • Michael Pickman Thoon, editor/co-producer

    Michael Pickman-Thoon is the co-founder and president of Rough House Editorial, a San Francisco based video production and post-production facility that has operated for over 35 years. As an editor, Michael has worked on commercials and corporate projects for many Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Microsoft, Honda, Facebook, and Google. In 2016, Michael led the Rough House team editing commercials for the SF Giants.

    As a producer and editor, Michael worked with director Randy Field on Crime of the Big Leagues - a short documentary for the Negro Leagues Museum which is also part of the collection at the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Currently, their documentary Voices about a group of women protesting the reversal of Roe v. Wade was recently completed and will be shown at film festivals around the country.

    Michael has produced and edited commercials for political advertising including the California Surgeon General’s office, Tom Steyer’s presidential campaign, California’s anti-vaping referendum, and Bill Mckibben’s organization Third Act.
